SOKKIA Prism Pole Adjusting Jig
This convenient tool allows you to adjust and calibrate prism pole vials.
- Mount your pole adjustment jig to a wall in your office
- Place prism pole tip in bottom shoe. Lean pole against screw assembly. Now turn screws in direction needed to center bubble in bulls eye
- Now rotate or spin the prism pole 180 degrees. Bubble will show amount of error
- Adjust screws until bubble moves halfway back towards center
- Adjust vial adjustment screws until bubble is centered in full 360° rotation
- Tolerance: when bubble is centered then rotate 180°. The bubble edge should not go outside the black ring
